At the beginning of the project we’ll document your requirements and agree a development plan. We adopt a ‘micro-project’ methodology, which breaks your project down into prioritised increments. Each increment represents a measurable action and outcome, and a defined step towards the end result.
This approach simplifies the project and speeds up our delivery time; it makes it easier for us to incorporate any changes as we go along and it also means you can see exactly what work we’re doing and exactly what the progress is.
