The Oninit management team comprises:

John Baker, managing director (and irrepressible Informix enthusiast)
John joined Oninit in 2006 with significant experience in commercial software development, product management and sales in industries ranging from banking to retail. More importantly, he brought deep experience in the Informix marketplace having spent several years working at Informix before and after its acquisition by IBM. He is inspired by the potential of software to change the world, and in particular by how emerging smart technologies blend with existing platforms such as Informix to create new possibilities. Tracy Mannakee, financial director
Tracy joined Oninit in 2006 and oversees finance and operations. She brings extensive experience in both the financial services and software industries, with practical insight and knowledge of IT project management, database application development and compliance management. With an eye for detail and a passion for precision, Tracy keeps the company on an even keel.
Neil Mulkern, business development manager (and inveterate Informix evangelist)
Neil is seconded to Oninit on a full-time basis from IBM where he held a number of business development roles focused on technology partnerships, and latterly managed the Informix partner programme. He joined IBM in 2001 at the time of its acquisition of Informix. He had been working with Informix since 1996. He remains an unequivocal Informix enthusiast, evangelist and promoter.
