Oninit to hold Informix TimeSeries Intro Course at IBM Hursley Labs

Oninit has teamed with IBM Hursley Labs to host a “Hands on introduction to Informix TimeSeries” on 15th March 2012.  It will draw upon how users can install and set up the IBM Informix database to utilise the TimeSeries features for a “Smart Metering” scenario.  By the end, attendees will be familiar with using Informix TimeSeries to manage interval/time series data from meters, monitors and sensors and will be provided with the software and reference materials to start building their own commercial applications.  This includes a perpetual license of Informix Innovator-C, which can be used for both the development and deployment of Informix TimeSeries applications, and 12 months of “Oninit ASL” support for a single instance of Informix Innovator-C, worth £1000.
