It has many of its own partnerships as well as distribution rights from IBM which allow it to supply Informix licences to ISVs and others. Skills alliances
Oninit is 100 percent focused on Informix and immediately related technologies. Developer and application partnerships (ISVs)
Oninit Group has been awarded the role of ASL (Application Specific Licensing) distributor for Informix in the UK. This allows it to develop a technical evangelist and mentoring relationship with developers as well as supply the Informix licences for resale with the resulting applications. The online resources available to developers are delivered via www.freeinformix.com. The Oninit team of Informix experts is also available for face-to-face assistance, and is backed up by an intimate relationship with the IBM Informix Labs and the research and innovation resources at IBM Hursley.
Oninit helps its ISV partners to turn their good ideas into great business propositions. Its commercial support for ISV partners ranges from funding through proving, promoting and selling to supporting and enhancing their services.
